Time Tracking Made Easy!

We’re going mobile with our time keeping system!

We are excited to announce that the upgrade of our timekeeping system from Kronos to Workforce Dimensions will begin in August, with divisions moving to the new system through February 2021.

What this means for you

The upgrade will improve the accuracy and efficiency of our timekeeping and payroll processes. The new system will simplify the process of reviewing time and attendance for supervisors and introduce new tools for all employees, including cell phone and email alerts.

This new program will also eliminate paper requests for time off and allow employees to view personal timecards, point balances and vacation balances from the upgraded timeclock, their desktop PC or a mobile device.

Tentative Implementation Schedule

Each division’s transition should take about a week to complete. Before each division implements the new system, employees will complete a training course to understand the functions of the new system. Below is a tentative schedule:

3Q 2020 – Mount Sterling, Cleveland, Dover, Detroit

4Q 2020 – Gary, Chicago, Streetsboro, Latrobe, McCullough Industries, Minneapolis Plate & Coil, Berlin Metals

1Q 2021 – Milford, Bettendorf, Winder, Buford, Chambersburg
