A few weeks ago, we announced the promotion of Cassy Powers as the new Vice President of Human Resources. Before Ken Sloan retires in 2022, he will lead the implementation of a new HR system and help Cassy transition into her new role.

Since the team has gone through some changes recently, here’s a quick review of who’s working with Cassy to support the needs of the entire organization.


HR Management

  • Chelsea Coleman, Sr. Corporate Human Resources Manager – located in Mount Sterling, KY; manages compliance and regulatory matters
  • Krista Kotar, Training & Development Coordinator – located at the Corporate office; leads training efforts, focusing on succession planning and compliance training in 2022
  • Brenda Marple, Regional HR Manager – located at the Corporate office; supports McCullough Industries, Winder, Buford and Hanceville OSI locations
  • Kerri Anderson, Regional HR Manager – located in Minneapolis, MN; will support the teams in Minneapolis, MN and Bettendorf, IA
  • Ellyn Wilson, Regional HR Manager – located at the Corporate office; supports the Specialty Metals team
