AwardCo - Our Employee Recognition Partner!
We have a lot of employee milestones to celebrate, and we’ve partnered with AwardCo to help us do that from your first major anniversary to retirement.
With over 2,000 employees across 40+ locations, our Human Resources team has been exploring ways to recognize all employees for their dedication to the Company and the special milestone moments along the way.
HOW IT WORKS
Employees celebrating an anniversary or approaching retirement will earn points to spend in the shop. You use the points to shop on Amazon, buy gift cards, book hotel stays, purchase concert tickets or more!
Who can participate? Olympic Steel, Action Stainless, Berlin Metals, EZ-Dumper, Integrity Stainless, McCullough Industries, and Shaw Stainless employees.
How are points earned? Points are automatically applied to your account based on your anniversary date beginning with your 5th work anniversary and then every 5 years after that, then again for retirement.
How do I access my account? You received an email about a month ago from AwardCo with a link to activate your account – they were excited to introduce themselves, but we weren’t quite ready. You can find that email to access your account or visit olympicsteel.awardco.com.
Username: firstnamelastname@oly (same as UKG)
Password: Click FORGOT PASSWORD (to begin)
What if I want something, but don’t have enough points? You can use your points and then pay the remaining balance with your own credit card.
When do I receive the points? AwardCo will send you an email on your anniversary. Log in to your account to view your balance. If you haven’t added an email address to your UKG account, add it now to participate in this program.
