A certified Lean Six Sigma Green Belt (LSSGB) is a professional who is trained in Lean Six Sigma methodologies and tools and is capable of implementing and sustaining high-impact projects.

Olympic Steel’s LSSGBs are change agents who deliver on our commitment to continuous improvement by developing initiatives and leading project teams in support of our Company Mission of safe, sustainable and profitable growth.

Earning certification is no small achievement! It requires 3 months of training and hands-on effort in the form of a project that demonstrates mastery of key Lean Six Sigma techniques.

Under the Leadership of Robert Erion, Minneapolis Project Manager and Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt, and Will Robbins, Minneapolis Process Engineer and Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, we are proud to recognize the accomplishments of our 2020 program graduates!
