The Fe Award of Excellence is a quarterly program that recognizes and rewards employees for superior job performance, teamwork and their focus on process improvements that support Olympic Steel’s business strategy and strengthens our culture by enabling us to:
- Control expenses
- Perform flawlessly for internal and external customers
- Share best practices across the enterprise
