Important Tax Time Reminders

Tax time is upon us again! Get your Olympic Steel tax information without delay by making sure your contact information is current.

As you prepare for tax season, following are a few reminders and actions you can take to make sure you receive your Olympic Steel tax information without delay.

If you did not update the following information before January 1, contact the HR Help Desk as soon as possible at 216.242.2886 (internal extension 19780) or Corporate.HR@olysteel.com to avoid possible delays in receiving your tax documents.

• Phone number
• Email address
• Emergency contacts
• Federal, state and local tax forms
  

Tax Document Timing

• W-2s (Wage & Tax Statement) – mailed to the home address on file by January 31
• 1095s (Employer-provided Health Insurance Offer & Coverage Form) – mailed to the home address on file by January 31 (needed for your files only; not required for tax filing purposes)
