Latest Updates to Our HR System – UKG

Payroll changes will be effective the pay period following the date you request a change or at least 5 business days from the date of the request. If you're adding or changing a direct deposit account, the processing period may be longer than one week to adequately verify the new account; this might take longer if the proper documentation isn't included with the initial request.


PLEASE NOTE:

  1. You may receive a paper check during the verification window, unless you submit a blank check or direct deposit form from  your bank.
  2. The minimum processing time does NOT refer to timecard changes. Those changes must be entered in your personal UKG profile or through your Supervisor on Monday by 10:00AM (your facility time).

IMPORTANT REMINDERS!

  1. Managers need to approve timecards by 10am (facility time) every Monday. Remember to pay close attention to the following:
  2. Adjustments
  3. Corrections from the prior week
  4. Accrual Adjustments
  5. Lunch Deduction Edits
  6. Time punch edits with notes (mandatory)
  7. Employees need to approve their OWN timecards after the end of their last shift for the pay period.
  8. Make sure you're using the latest UKG mobile app called "UKG Pro". The previous version (UKG Pro Classic) should no longer be used because you will not be able to access new functions as they become available.
  9. UKG Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA): You can now select your work phone OR cell phone to authenticate when you’re in the system. (see image below)

We are pleased to announce some of the most recent enhancements to UKG, our HR Information System (HRIS), to continue improving your user experience. You are now able to UPDATE the following in UKG Pro:


  • Payroll Direct Deposit Changes – including adding more than one account
  • Current Address Updates*
  • Future Date Address Changes*
  • Email (Primary and Secondary)
  • Phone Number (Primary and Secondary)*

*These changes are subject to approval before you will see them reflected in the system.


Take a moment to review your current information and test out the new functionality now! And, watch for more to come with direct access to view and manage your information at your fingertips!
