Cyndi Marshall, Manager – Business Solutions, works with a team to perform data migration when a location moves from AX to SEMS. She is currently leading the data conversion function for the Winder, GA division and works closely with everyone involved to understand and explain the requirements. This process can sometimes be challenging. Cyndi minimizes the challenges by relentlessly testing solutions, making sure each process works correctly, and writing detailed specification documents so the users understand the programming. Her attention to the details makes it possible for others to be able to do their jobs well.

Lesson Learned:

Taking extra care and time in the beginning of a process, so everyone involved has the tools they need to be successful, makes a big difference in the project’s long-term success.
