Destin Kelley, Plant Manager – Barrier Division, is someone who isn’t afraid to do what needs to be done. Aside from Destin’s daily Plant Manager responsibilities, he consistently goes above and beyond to help Shaw Stainless perform flawlessly for its customers. Whether he’s training new and current employees (at his location and other Shaw locations), helping out on the shop floor or building up the team’s morale and spirit – Destin is giving 110% all day, every day.
