Following our new process, Supervisors should plan to check-in with employees every 90-days to discuss and update progress on goals and share feedback.


Mark your calendars! Here’s the schedule through the end of this year’s Performance Management cycle:


  • MAR 31 – Q1 PM check-ins completed
  • JUN 30 – Q2 PM check-ins completed
  • SEP 30 – Q3 PM check-ins completed
  • OCT 31 – Executive team sets 2023 Enterprise Objectives
  • NOV 11 – VPs & Corporate Department Heads – Develop 2023 Region/Department goals and share with GMs/Department Managers
  • NOV 30 – GMs & Corporate Department Managers – Develop 2023 Division/Department goals and share with Division Managers/Department Teams
  • DEC 9 – Division Managers – Develop 2023 Team goals and share with individual Team members
  • DEC 30 – All Administrative 2022 Annual Performance Reviews DUE
  • DEC 30 – All Administrative Employees – Establish individual goals and review with Supervisor; schedule date for first 90-day check-in of 2023 (early March)
