2025 Important Tax Time Reminders
Tax time is upon us again! Get your Olympic Steel tax information without delay by making sure your contact information is current.
As you prepare for tax season, following are a few reminders and actions you can take to make sure you receive your Olympic Steel tax information without delay:
If you did not update your UKG profile before December 31 and any of the information listed below changed in the last 12 months, contact the Corporate Payroll Department at Corporate_Payroll@olysteel.com or call 216.242.2886 (internal extension 19780, follow the prompts for Payroll) as soon as possible.

- Email address
- Emergency contacts
- Federal, state and local tax forms
Tax Document Timing
- W-2s (Wage & Tax Statement) – available in UKG by January 31 or mailed to the home address on file (if selected as your preferred method of delivery in UKG)
- 1095s (Employer-provided Health Insurance Offer & Coverage Form) - available in UKG by March 31 or mailed to the home address on file (if selected as your preferred method of delivery in UKG). Remember – this form is needed for your files only and is NOT required for tax filing purposes.
