To continue supporting the needs of our fast-growing enterprise and Olympic Steel's employees, our Human Resources department has undergone a reorganization. Our new team structure is shown below.
In addition to restructuring some of our team's reporting relationships, the most notable change is the addition of Human Resources Generalist (HRGs) who will provide day-to-day support to our divisions.

Welcome to the newer HR Generalists on our team - Bria Frazier and HaLee Helmbrecht. And, thank you to the existing members of the team who have assumed new roles and additional responsibilities as part of this change - Gretchen Hudson, Mary Pierce, Elaina Kintop, and Michelle Diaz.
The team is excited to move forward with our HR Mission: To support Olympic Steel's values, vision and profitable growth as a strategic partner, leading the effort to recruit, engage and retain the organization's most valuable resource - our people.
