When we think about wellbeing, often the first things that come to mind are elements of physical fitness – completing your annual physical, drinking more water, eating well and increasing activity. All important!
Just as important are your mental and emotional health. Managing stress is key, and a big source of stress for many of us can be managing our money.
Practice Preventive Financial Care
Proactively maintaining good financial health pays dividends! By identifying gaps in financial literacy, making use of available programs and resources and involving loved ones in the planning process, you can more effectively manage your money matters and save yourself some stress.
