Social media, whether you’re ready for it or not, is now an essential part of how businesses interact. Sites like LinkedIn, Facebook and Instagram give companies the opportunity to create a warm introduction with potential customers, employees and prospects. Stakeholders also look to social media as a quick way to learn about a company. They want to work with businesses they know and trust – and social media can quickly build that reputation.

Olympic Steel is present on LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok. We consistently schedule daily, informational, and engaging content, that shows current happenings around the Company and industry.


So, what does this have to do with you?


Well, YOU are what makes the difference! A follow, like and/or share on any of Olympic Steel’s social accounts grows our audience and increases our reach to potential customers and stakeholders across the world. This allows us to spread Olympic Steel’s message, story and brand more rapidly to new faces and people, increasing our reach in all areas.


Your future customer and new-hire are on social media – you should be, too!


The great news is – the Communications and Marketing Team makes things easy for you! While we create, schedule and upload our posts, all you have to do is click a button to like or share. On our LinkedIn posts (see example below), click the ‘REPOST” button, then choose to add your own message or simply repost the original content onto your own page for your followers to view the post.

Facebook is just as easy (see example below), with a click of the “SHARE” button, you’re able to share our posts to your own timeline for your followers to see. And, don’t forget to hit that ‘Like’ button or leave a comment!
