Celebrating 25 years as a public company

It’s our silver anniversary of our initial public offering (IPO). This year, we’re celebrating 25 years of being a publicly traded company with our common stock trading under the ticker symbol “ZEUS” on the Nasdaq National Market – the second-largest stock exchange in the world.

It was back in 1994 that we completed our initial public offering and we have certainly come a long way in the past 25 years. For some perspective, here’s what was happening back in 1994:



• Rick Marabito, our current CEO, joined the organization as Corporate Controller and Treasurer
• A gallon of gas cost $1.09 on average
• A movie ticket cost $4.00 on average
• Netscape Navigator was the market-leading browser for the Internet
• The North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA) went into effect between Canada, the U.S. and Mexico
