Health Advocate manages our Employee Assistance Program, and they're ready to help you with personal issues and achieving a healthier work/life balance.

The Olympic Steel Employee Assistance Program (EAP), managed by Health Advocate, is available to you, your spouse, dependents, parents and parents-in-law. Through this completely confidential program, you’ll have 24/7 access to Licensed Professional Counselors and Work/Life Specialists for help with personal issues and achieving a healthier work/life balance.
