We recently kicked off a new Performance Management process, beginning with our Integrity Stainless and McCullough Industries divisions. The new process features user-friendly administrative and warehouse forms with changes in content that focus on cascaded goals, business objectives and individual development planning.
Performance Management provides a structured way to set clear goals, share feedback, align expectations and work on a plan with your supervisor to prepare for the next stage in your career. It helps us all make sure we’re working in the same direction.
“The more you put into the process, the more you’ll get out of it,” Rick Marabito, CEO, emphasizes. “Think about how you can support the organization by being safe, being profitable and being engaged.”
A training schedule for the new process is tentatively scheduled now through November 2021. More information will be shared locally as your division’s kick-off date approaches. Until then, continue using the current forms that you’re used to.
