Safety Challenge WINNERS!

Twenty-six divisions, in 5 regions, accepted last month’s challenge to share their Personal Commitments to Safety, and 24 of those divisions achieved 100% participation!

Last month, we challenged employees to make a Personal Commitment to Safety, sharing what they do to be safe, why they do it and who motivates them to be safe each day. We’re excited to report that 26 divisions accepted that challenge, and 24 of them achieved 100% participation! All 24 divisions will receive a Safety-themed prize!

COMMITTED TO SAFETY

All employees identified great ways to be committed to Safety. Some employees shared specific instances and personal reasons why they commit to being safe every day. Read some of those reasons here.

WHAT COMES NEXT

Sharing your personal commitment to Safety isn’t where this challenge ends. Each day take a moment to think about your role in being safe and how you can impact the safety of others. And, over the next few weeks, we’ll create a video that showcases some of the notable Safety Commitments employees shared during the challenge.
