Walktober Wellness Challenge Winners

During the Walktober Wellness Challenge, we logged a lot of steps…so many that we’re adding a prize for the most steps!

During the month of October, employees tracked movement to earn points, from walking to running and all the activities in between – they all earned points. Originally, there were going to be two winners at each participating location, but one participant logged so many steps, we wanted to acknowledge that with an overall award.

Congratulations to Crystal Briceno at our Schaumburg, IL division for logging more steps than anyone in the challenge! She’s won an Apple Watch!

The following employees earned the two highest scores at your division. First place winners will receive a massage gun and second place winners will receive an electric toothbrush!

Let’s Keep Moving!

The cooler temps of winter often keep us from maintaining our activity levels, but that doesn’t have to be the case. Take the stairs instead of the elevator, park further away from the entrance of a building, wake up a few minutes earlier to make time for stretches and sit-ups…fitting in short bursts of activity throughout the day will make a difference over time.

And stay tuned for more fun ways to get active or stay active in 2024.
