Staffing shortages are an issue for employers across the country, and CTI locations are not immune. As new employees are hired, training those employees when the location is already short-staffed, was a challenge. John Jasionek, Team Lead, volunteered to train new employees and help operations pack orders at three other CTI locations. The impact of John’s willingness to literally ‘take one for the team’ is difficult to quantify. He happily delivered training to new employees across the Company, because he understands that, while it may take more time upfront, in the long run the employees, the divisions and the Company will benefit from thorough, engaging training.

Lesson Learned:

Staffing issues don’t just go away – it takes a plan and a determined team to work together, putting in extra effort in the short-term to reap the rewards in the long-term. Remember: Together. Everyone. Achieves. More.
