HRIS Implementation: What You Need to Know
We’re implementing our new HR Information System, UKG, and you need to login by November 3 to set-up your profile to be able to complete the Open Enrollment process for 2023 benefits coverage.
11.3.22: UPDATE
- Login and create a new password by Thursday, November 3.
- Open Enrollment elections will be processed through UKG.
- Paystubs will continue to be sent to you via email/mail through 2022. The first paystub of 2023, on January 6, will be accessed through UKG.

ACTION NEEDED by Thursday, November 3
You must sign-in to UKG by Thursday, November 3, to access the system and complete your 2023 Open Enrollment.
TAKE ACTION NOW! Access the sign-in instructions here in English and Spanish.
You must access your UKG account for the first time via a desktop computer. Once that’s done, you will be able to use the system via mobile app, UKG Pro (UltiPro), available in the Apple iOS and Android app stores.
