In December, our Human Resources Team hosted Handbook Review and Policy Meetings at each division. In case you missed it, here’s a condensed review of what they presented.
- Tuition Reimbursement
- Skilled trades are eligible for reimbursement
- Reimbursement amounts increase based on grades
- Bereavement
- Available to employees on their first day of employment
- Coverage for death of immediate family increases to 5 days
- Leaves of Absence
- Three available leaves of absence: FMLA, Medical and Personal
- All leaves are managed through UNUM
- Parental Leave
- NEW benefit!
- Maternity leave with increased salary supplement coverage
- Paid Parental leave available for the non-birthing parent, adoptive or foster parents
- Personal Time
- 56 hours annually, available after 30 days of employment
- Time can be taken in 1-hour increments
- Must enter time in UKG
- Production Attendance Program
- Personal time can be used to avoid a point
- Attendance Bonus increases to $250 at mid-year and year-end for employees with zero (0) points who have worked at least 840 hours
- First payout will be in July 2024
- Vacation
- Eliminating rollover and anniversary vacation days
- New vacation amounts will be available at 90 days of service
